CN-N Academic Consulting seeks to address core teaching skills by:

1. Empowering academic staff, educators and trainers with basic teaching skills, targeting individuals who do not have formal teaching/training/education qualifications;
2. Developing knowledge and skills for effective teaching in online teaching and learning environments;
3. Enabling academics and educators to advance inclusive curriculum transformation through Universal Design for Learning (UDL);
4. Cultivating a culture that promotes the delivery of accessible learning to students with disabilities;
5. Contributing to academic staff induction programmes;
6. Enhancing lecturers’ skills and strategies for postgraduate research supervision; and
7. Providing continuing academic professional development in Higher Education.
